This is a one day class to learn how to carve sponge cakes and shape into a stylish 3D handbag cake, perfect to impress friends and family and great for that special birthday cake. This shape could also be adapted into a cosmetic bag, tool bag, etc.
During this class you will carve, and crumb coat the sponge cakes. You will then be taught to cover the novelty shaped cake using sugar paste. The cake will then be completed using decorative finishes to complete the look into a designer bag.
A light lunch will also be included during your day and all materials are provided for this one day full class.
