A workshop with Master Chocolatier Mark Tilling. Learn how to decorate a stunning chocolate cake finished using the on trend mirror glaze and decorated with a eye catching chocolate statement flower all made from chocolate. A full day of fun and learn how versatile the medium chocolate is.
The day will also include a light lunch supplied by Penningtons, please message Dawn with any dietary requirements. There are limited spaces available on this class
