Wired Sugar Flowers

In our innovative Wired Sugar Flower Courses you are able to make whatever flowers you wish to learn (within the standard course hours) or alternatively you can work to our set class project, the choice is yours!

These courses are designed to allow you to learn the important basic skills needed for floral sugar craft, giving you an understanding of how to use some of the extensive sugar craft equipment available. All equipment can be borrowed from the school, however, flower wires, dust colours and tape is an additional cost to these courses, all of which is available to buy from the school.

Beginners learn the basic techniques needed to give them the confidence to create simple flowers and foliage, these platform skills will allow you to advance to the next level where you will create sprays, displays and arrangements to decorate your cakes providing a truly professional finish. The more able student will widen their knowledge of techniques in this art form and perfect areas of their sugar craft.
