This is a one day class to learn how to carve sponge cakes and shape into a novelty, fun, Easter cake.
During this class you will carve, and crumb coat using buttercream the sponge cakes provided into the shape of a carrot car. You will then be taught to cover the novelty shaped cake using sugar paste. The cake will then be completed using decorative finishes to bring it to life to a fun shaped carrot car. The course also includes 3D modelling by creating a bunny driver for the carrrot car.
A light lunch will also be included during your day and all materials are provided for this one day full class.
