One Day Classes / Short Courses

Our one day classes have been designed for students who are unable to commit to coming for consecutive weeks, and instead can enjoy a one day intense day of cake decorating or specialist class. The classes are perfect to fill in the missing gaps you may have in your cake decorating ability, or for the novice who may wish to learn a few basic skills to introduce themselves to the fun world of cake decorating.

The classes can range from crumb coating, to a complete decorated cake or the opportunity to having a workshop with a specialist tutor such as chocolate day, modelling figures or carved cakes. The class projects will regularly change so keep an eye on this page.
