This is a perfect full day class to learn some basic decorating skills and leave with a delightful Easter Bonnet cake, perfect to keep or as a gift for someone special at Easter. This course is ideal for a beginner providing some of the basic skills required in cake decorating.
Skills learnt during this class will be setting up a sponge cake in preparation for crumb covering in buttercream, covering the provided 6″ sponge cake with sugarpaste and then decorating to create a spring Easter bonnet cake. (PICTURE OF PROJECT WILL FOLLOW SHORTLY)
All materials including sponge cake are provided for this class. Please bring a light lunch, drinks and biscuits are provided
