This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is an “Under the Sea” theme. lots of bright colours and 3D models clowning around such as an octopus, turtle, crab, colourful fish, sea horses etc.
Skills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 3D character modelling and decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project is on 8″ round fruit cake depth 4″ approx (required marzipaned for week 2), a sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £7.00.
