This is a three week novelty style cake course. The theme for this course is a cute apron novelty cake with bows and pockets filled with modelled baking utensils, the style is a colurful, fun, cake. (pic to follow)
Skills covered during the three weeks will be how to make and use ganache on a sponge cake, flawless cake covering using sugar paste,3D modelling and many other decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project shape and size for this project is 7″ round by 4″ deep, and a dummy for the top tier 5″ round 4″ deep. Please note all materials and cake are provided for this course.
