This is a six week flower course, the class project for the January course is a beautiful Gardenia flower spray including its fruits and foliage. You will learn during the course the essential skills for floral sugar craft, ie softening edges, dusting colours, wiring of petals and leaves, and taping the flowers into a stunning completed spray, perfect for a cake topper or a keepsake. Alternatively students are able to do their own chosen project within the time constraints of the course if agreed with the tutor before booking the course.
Additional costs to this course are flower wires, tape and dust colours, all avaiable to purchase from the school.
