This is a one day class to learn how to crumb coat a double heighted 6″ sponge cake and cover in sugar paste. Then decorate with a character cute duck model into a themed Easter/spring themed cake. (Picture to follow)
During this class you will learn the skills to crumb coat using buttercream, cover achieving a flawless finish using sugar paste. Learn how to model the character of a cute duck using modelling paste, sugar daisies and other various decorative techniques will be shown to complete this lovely Easter cake.
All materials are provided for this one day full class. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, however, a light lunch is suggested to be bought to class if wanted.
