This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is a Christmas theme, Santa, Mrs Christmas and Rudolf at the Christmas dinner table.
Skills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 2D and 3D character modelling and many other decorative techniques using modelling paste in a festive scene,
The project shape is square, 8″ by 4″ deep, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2), a sponge cake can be ordered from the school cost £26 including board, but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £8.00.
