This is a six week Christmas modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is a festive Christmas project, Rudolf sat in an arm chair whilst Santa is coming down the chimney. Models will be created to make an exciting and decorative Christmas cake full of colour and fun for the festive season.(pic to follow shortly)
Skills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 2D and 3D character modelling and many other decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project shape and size for this project is 8″ square by 4″ deep, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2) or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £8.00.
