This is a new fun class to create festive Baubles. You will be provided with enough sponge spheres to produce 1 large and 2 medium baubles. These are filled with jam and buttercream and covered with marzipan and finally the sugar paste icing. You will then decorate the baubles using various techniques to have stunning cake baubles. A sponge recipe will be provided so that you can recreate the baubles at home making a lovely individual gift which could be boxed and presented to a friend or family member as a gift for Christmas.
Skills you will learn are filling, covering sphere shapes, and a range of decorating skills.
