This is a perfect day class to learn some basic decorating skills and leave with a delightful Christmas fruit cake to keep or as a gift for someone special for Christmas. This course is ideal for a beginner providing some of the basic skills required in cake decorating.
Skills learnt during this class will be marzipaning, covering the provided cake with icing and modelling a cute santa face on top.
All materials including 2x 5″ fruit cakes are provided for this class.
