This is a six week modelling course. The theme for this course will be a jolly Father Christmas sat in an arm chair reading a story to his hard working Elves. Picture to follow shortly.
Skills covered in this course will be flawless covering of the cake, seasonal character models, and a rice cereal arm chair. The project is on a 8″ square fruit cake (students own cake, required week 2) or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available to purchase from the school for £7.00.
