September Thursday Evening Ganache & Cartoon Style Cake

This 4 week course will give you the confidence and techniques needed to recreate this fun on trend cartoon style cake.

You will learn to crumb coat a provided sponge cake using chocolate ganache. Followed by covering the sponge cake using sugar paste to create the rainbow effect for this fun cartoon style cake. A variety of modelling decorative techniques will be shown step by step to achieve this goal.
All materials including 2 x 6″ sponge cakes are provided for this class, chocolate ganache, buttercream and the modelling paste.
