This is a five week 3D modelling and sugar paste cake covering course. The theme for this course is a colurful spring themed cake with, cute farm animal characters creating the perfect Easter/spring cake.
Skills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 2D and 3D character modelling and many other decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project shape and size for this project is 8″ round by 4″ deep, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2) or a sponge cake can be ordered from Dawn but please email to request, alternatively a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £8.00.
