This is a five week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is a cheerful Spring/ Easter themed cake. Models will be created from modelling paste to create decorative celebration cake. (Pic to follow)
Skills covered during the five weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 2D and 3D modelling and many other decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project shape is 8″ cake by 4″ deep, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2), a sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £8.00.
