This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is Grandma baking in the kitchen with her grand children. PICTURE TO FOLLOW SOON
Skills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 2D and 3D character modelling, concentrating on proportions and expression. you will also learm many other decorative techniques along the way using modelling paste.
The project shape is round, 6″ by 4″ deep, students can make a fruit cake if desired (required marzipaned for week 2), a sponge cake can be ordered from the school cost £21.00 including board, but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £8.00.
