This is a short 3 week mini course to give an introduction to a little ‘bit of everything’!
During the 3 week course you will be given the opportunity to learn how to make the on trend Ganache Icing and crumb coat on a provided 6″ sponge cake. Cover in sugar paste and create a professional finish. You will also be taught some basic royal ice piping and an introduction to direct writing, plus another decorating technique making sugar paste Roses.
This is a great course for someone who wants to trial cake decorating, or simply brush up on their basic skills.
