This class will give you the confidence and techniques to crumb coat a provided sponge cake using chocolate ganache. Followed by covering the sponge cake using sugar paste and creating the flawless finish the professionals achieve. Step by step expert tuition and supervision to achieve your goal.
All materials including 8″ sponge cake are provided for this class.
