This is a short 2 week mini course to give an introduction to a ‘bit of everything’ !
During the 2 week course you will be given the opportunity to learn how to make the on trend Ganache Icing and crumb coat on a provided 6″ sponge cake. Cover in sugar paste and create a professional flawless finish. You will also be taught some basic royal ice piping and an introduction to direct writing, plus learn how to make unwired sugar Roses. This a great course for someone who wants to trial cake decorating or simply brush up on their basic skills.
All materials and equipment are provided for this course.
