Monday Evening Writing Skills

This is a 1 week class teaching the techniques and skills in writing in icing. This is a great opportunity to brush up on your piping skills or as a beginner learn some of the basic techniques in learning how to write with icing on celebration cakes.This is one of the hardest techniques which can either enhance a decorated cake or often ruin it! Even the experienced cake decorator needs to practice their style of writing on cakes, so take the opportunity and sign up.
