This is a four week modelling course to create a fun, novelty Christmas cake, ‘Santa down a chimney with his sack’. The course fee will include the cost of 2 x 4″ fruit cakes, marzipan, board and box. Skills covered on this course will be marzipaning, covering the cake in sugar paste, seasonal character modelling, and other decorating skills to create this fun Christmas cake.
