This is a four week modelling course to create a fun, novelty Christmas cake, ‘Santa emptying post box of letters into his sack’. The course fee will include the cost of 5″ fruit cake, marzipan, board and box. Skills covered on this course will be marzipaning, covering the cake in sugar paste, seasonal character modelling, rice cereal top for the post box and other decorating skills to create this fun Christmas cake.
