This is a perfect half day class to learn some basic decorating skills and leave with a delightful mini fruit cake perfect to keep or as a gift for someone special for Christmas. This course is ideal for a beginner providing some of the basic skills required for cake decorating.
Skills learnt during this class will be marzipaning, covering the provided cake with icing and modelling a cute cake topper to complete the cake.
All materials including 4″ fruit cake are provided for this class.
