This is a three week fun, novelty Christmas cake, ‘Santa in bed with Rudolph’. The course fee will include the cost of 6″ fruit cake, marzipan, Icing, board and box.
The skills covered on this course will be marzipaning, covering the cake in sugar paste, seasonal 3D character modelling by creating Santa and Rudolph, plus other decorating skills to create this fun Christmas cake.
