This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is an adorable retired couple in a garden setting, teaching focuses on modelling figures, and character features by creating an adorable retired couple in a garden setting. Skills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, Pastillage icing, 3D character modelling and decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project is on 8″ round fruit cake depth 4″ approx (required week 2) or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £7.00.
