This is a four week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is an adorable little girl sat by a river bank on a bench looking over at swans. The teaching focuses on modelling figures, with character features plus many more decorative techniques in sugar paste.
Skills covered during the four weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, Pastillage icing, 3D character modelling and decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project is on 8″ round fruit cake depth 4″ approx (required week 2) or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £7.00.
Please Note there will NOT be a class on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May
