This is a four week class to create this fun, novelty Christmas cake ‘Santa in a hot tub’. The course fee will include the cost of two 6″ fruit cakes, marzipan, board and box. Skills covered on this course include marzipaning, covering the cake using sugar paste, seasonal character modelling and decorations to complete this fun christmas style cake. This project is a great cake for a novice to begin learning the art of sugar craft.
