This is a six week modelling and cake covering course. The theme for this course is an Autumnal,woodland theme. Models of cute woodland animals dressed in cute outfits around the sides of the cake and a 3D character model on the top.
Skills covered during the six weeks will be flawless cake covering using sugar paste, 2D and 3D character modelling and many decorative techniques using modelling paste.
The project is on 8″ round fruit cake depth 4″ approx (required marzipaned for week 2), a sponge cake can be ordered from the school but please email to place your order in advance at dawn@cakeschool.co.uk or a dummy cake can be an option if preferred, available from the school for £8.00.
